Advance Wars is an exciting strategy tactics game which puts you in the shoes of Andy, a young commander, who must defeat the forces of evil and bring peace to the world. Use your mighty CO powers to take the initiative and power up your army. The game play is similar to other titles such as Final Fantasy Tactics and Fire Emblem, but has it’s own unique flair and a lot of replay value. The graphics style is perfect for a game of it’s type and the story is thrilling. This game offers a lot to fans of tactics games but leaves something to be desired for others.

Fire Emblem Overview
The game that took Japanese gamers by storm, Fire Emblem from developer Intelligent Systems and publisher Nintendo is finally released for the GBA in America. Intelligent Systems is also the same company that has given us the successful Advance Wars games as well as the much loved N64 game Paper Mario. When one plays through this exciting game it is easy to see why Fire Emblem has enjoyed 10 years of success in Japan. Fire Emblem combines both strategy and roleplaying elements into a very remarkable package. Gamers will be pleased with the impressive story, nice visuals and intense gameplay.

Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones Overview
After a prolonged period of complete absence from American shores, Fire Emblem took the GameBoy Advance by storm, garnering rave reviews and enormous sales. A follow-up was practically a certainty, and finally came in May with Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. While this new entrant to the series adds little to the formula, it still boasts minor improvements across the boards and more than enough of what makes the series successful to please all its new fans.

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories Overview
Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories is a card based role playing game based off the popular video game series, Kingdom Hearts. In this version players use a card based system in order to battle enemies. The card system works very well and the game’s combat is still very active and quick. The story, much like other Kingdom Hearts games, is very convoluted and not easy to understand at first. Although after looking into it the story is in fact interesting and thoughtful. Overall the game is very solid for a card based game and fans of the franchise will find a lot to offer.

Lunar Legend Overview
Lunar Legend is a role playing game that is a re-telling of the original, Lunar: The Silver Star. This updated version of the game includes a new updated story, and content changes. The game plays like a traditional role playing game and the story is relatively satisfying. Although, the length of the game and the in combat battle animations leaves something to be desired. Overall this game is a solid addition to the franchise, and a decent handheld RPG.
