Forgotten realms: Demon Stone Overview
Developed by Stormfront Studios and written by R.A. Salvatore, Forgotten Realms: Demon Stone sounds like an RPG-lovers dream! While there have been plenty of D&D-based video games in the past, Demon Stone is a little different, placing you in command of a party of three heroes on an adventure to rid the land of two evil warlords. Is different good? Well, that’s up to the gamer. However, Demon Stone ends up playing out more like EA’s The Two Towers than it does other D&D games.

Front Mission 4
Front Mission 4 is the 4th Game in the Front Mission Strategy RPG series. Once again, you control a squad of giant robots.
Front Mission 4 Overview
Front Mission 4 is the fourth installment in the Front Mission franchise and was originally released in late 2003 in Japan and early 2004 in North America. Players control multiple giant robots called wanzers in a tactics style combat system. While still a linear game design Front Mission 4 returns to its roots by making the game very similar to the previously released Front Mission 2. Added in this new installment was ammo and the ability to attack multiple times in a single combat. This game has a lot to offer fans of the strategy role playing game genre, but leaves a lot to be desired for new players.

Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel Overview
Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel takes place on a post-apocalyptic earth, where civilization has shattered, and raiders and mutants rule the wastelands. You are a member of the Brotherhood of Steel, the unofficial peacekeeping force of the wasteland, and it’s your job to fight back and restore some level of peace before all is lost. Unfortunately, the story takes a back seat to the hack-and-slash gameplay in Brotherhood of Steel, which is extremely sad because many RPG fans have fond memories of the story in Fallout.

Dual Hearts Overview
Developed by the same studio behind the darker themed Alundra, Dual Hearts is another action-RPG but with a brighter theme. Dual Hearts involves exploring dreams, solving puzzles, and hacking away at enemies with an assortment of weapons. The combat system in the game is one of its most innovative features, there are many different weapons to acquire and an odd mythical partner called a Baku to fight alongside. The graphics in Dual Hearts aren’t steller, but the bright colors and varied stages make up for that. The mix of gameplay elements and lower challenge may frustrate Alundra fans, but they make Dual Hearts accessible to a wider audience.

Grandia 2 is the first game in the RPG series to have fully 3D graphics. Grandia 2 has a more mature theme than the original Grandia and was first released for the Dreamcast. The game has an interesting turn based combat system and a gorgeous fantasy world to explore.
