Fatal Frame 3 Overview
Fatal Frame 3 is a horror adventure role playing game that utilizes the vintage “Camera Obscura” to photograph and dispel ghosts. The game is third person and takes place in both the Manor of Sleep and the real world. When the player is awake he or she will develop photos of ghosts they have taken the night before and prepare for the next night. While asleep the player enter the Manor of Sleep where they take pictures of the ghosts and solve puzzles. With these unique concepts Fatal Frame 3 is a fun play through for the first time player but has little to no replay value.

Eragon Overview
Eragon is a third person action role playing game based on the novel and movie series. The game was released in 2006 for the Sony Playstaion 2, the Microsoft Xbox 360 and Xbox, PC, and the Nintendo DS. The game starts with the main character finding a jewel which turns out to be a dragon egg. This catches the attention of the dragon lord and Eragon, the main character, must fight to destroy him. Overall the game was pretty poor, having bad visuals, bad camera angels, and very linear game play.

Enter the Matrix is an action adventure role playing game that is based on the hit movie series, The Matrix. This game includes a story concurrent with the second Matrix movie and has over an hour of unique footage.

Enter the Matrix Overview
Enter the Matrix is an action adventure role playing game that was released for the PS2, PC, GameCube, and Xbox in early 2003. The release of the game was concurrent with the release of the second Matrix movie, The Matrix Reloaded. The game lets you control two main characters, Ghost, and Niobe, and sports about an hour of unique footage not seen in the movies. The game operates with a third person view which helps simulate the characters awareness of their surroundings like they have in the movies. The combat system is pretty fun and the extra footage is pretty cool but the game was obviously rushed and thus was unfinished.

Ecco the Dolphin: Defender of the Future Overview
Ecco the Dolphin: Defender of the Future is an adventure role playing game where the player swims through a science fiction world where humans and dolphins live in a cooperative society. The game has a pretty well done story that is very in depth and well thought out. Although the story line is great and the game is pretty fun overall the game is almost too quirky for its own good and it gets boring pretty quick.

Dynasty Warriors 4 is an real time action role playing game set in an Asian war between rival clans. With an easy to learn combat system and clearly defined goals Dynasty Warriors 4 is a fun action game that pretty much anyone would enjoy. Although the combat system is fun and easy to pick up it gets repetitive very fast considering you are doing the same attacks over and over continuously through every game mission.

Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Overview
DragonBall Z: Budokai is a partial 3D fighting game that was released for the Sony Playstaion 2 in 2002. Players can take on the role of their favorite hero or villain from the show and fight in a standard 2D/3D environment. All the characters in the game have the same moves that they display in the show and have pretty accurate voice actors as well. While this game is pretty fun the balance is completely off and some characters just do twice the damage compared to others. That being said if you are a fan of the anime and manga series you will probably enjoy this game, otherwise stay away.

Dragon’s Lair 3D Overview
Dragon’s Lair 3D is a remake of the original 1983 arcade game that was released in 2002. Players take up the role of Dirk, a knight who is trying to save the princess from an evil dragon that has taken her captive. Throughout the game the player must complete simple puzzles in order to make his or her way through the castle where the princess is being held. Overall the gameplay is very simple and the story is linear, on top of that the controls are clunky and the graphics are not impressive. All in all this game is not very good and you are better off playing the original arcade game.

With an expanded combat system that stays true to the original Devil May Cry players will be satisfied with the overall difficulty and play style of this game compared to the second game released in the series. While Devil May Cry fans will find a lot going on in this game new players to the franchise are better off playing the original game to see what it is about.

Devil May Cry 2 Overview
Devil May Cry 2 is the sequel to the ever popular Devil May Cry game for the Sony Playstaion 2. This game starts with Dante and Lucia meeting in a museum where Dante agrees to fight the international businessman, Arius, who is looking to control the world with demonic power. This game offers more hack and slash combat and received much lower ratings than the original, one of the biggest complaints being that this game was much easier than the first. Although this game got mixed reviews it is still a pretty fun action RPG.

Devil May Cry Overview
Devil May Cry is an action adventure role playing game, and one of the biggest hits that was every released for the Sony Playstation 2. Players play as the main character, Dante, who is trying to get revenge on the Demon Emperor, Mundus, whom Dante thinks is responsible for the death of his beloved family. The game plays in a standard mission style such as all the games in the God of War series. While this seems to be nothing new now, at the time of it’s release, Devil May Cry was one of the first games to do this.
